Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals, including managing schedules and appointments.
* Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high level of accuracy.
* Conduct audio typing for dictations and transcriptions as required.
* Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
* Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and external parties to facilitate case management.
* Utilise Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel for document preparation and data management.
* Assist in the preparation of court documents and ensure timely submission.
* Handle general office duties such as answering phones, managing emails, and ordering supplies.
Experience
* Proven experience in a secretarial or administrative role, preferably within a legal environment.
* Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
* Excellent organisational abilities to maintain order in documentation and scheduling.
* Proficiency in audio typing and familiarity with IT systems relevant to the role.
* Competence in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel) for daily tasks.
