New Entrant Employer Support Role
The New Entrant Employer Support Role is an exciting opportunity to assist construction employers in navigating the apprenticeship landscape. This role involves offering support with recruiting and retaining apprentices, addressing challenges that employers may face, and reducing or removing barriers to employing and retaining new entrants, particularly apprentices.
This is a mobile role with a target salary of £41,200.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an enhanced support service to employers who are already employing or considering employing new entrants, including apprentices. Key responsibilities include:
• Increasing the number of employers recruiting new entrants, including apprentices.
• Supporting employers in attracting, recruiting, and retaining new entrants, including apprentices.
• Assisting in the development of the training infrastructure for new entrants.
• Developing and maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.
