Temp to perm opportunity Leading logistics business Free parking / company pension We are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join a busy and process-driven finance team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, enjoys high-volume data entry, and takes pride in accuracy and attention to detail. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for raising purchase order (PO) numbers in line with internal procedures, ensuring all requests are processed efficiently and correctly. You will work from a ticketing system, managing incoming requests, prioritising workloads, and maintaining clear and accurate records at all times. The position is heavily focused on data processing and requires a methodical approach. You will support the wider finance function by helping to clear down the purchase ledger, resolving queries, and ensuring all transactions are recorded and reconciled in a timely manner. The successful candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy. Previous experience within a finance or purchase ledger role is desirable, but not essential if you can demonstrate a strong administrative background and a process-driven mindset.
