Main Duties of the Job
* Lead the development and delivery of Specialist Selective Mutism services for children and young people across Redbridge.
* Provide expert clinical leadership and supervision to junior colleagues.
* Deliver highly specialist assessment and intervention for children with Selective Mutism and speech, language and communication needs, making a meaningful impact on children and families.
* Work collaboratively with families, education professionals, health professionals and social care professionals to deliver a coordinated local approach.
Location
The role is based in the London Borough of Redbridge, with easy access to central London via the Elizabeth Line and Central Line.

High Cost Area Supplement
This post attracts payment for a High Cost Area Supplement of 15% of the basic salary (with a minimum of £4,714 to a maximum of £5,941 p.a. pro rata for part time).
Probationary Period
This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period unless the applicant is currently part way through a probationary period or a bank member of staff.
