As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play an essential role in maintaining a smooth classroom experience, supervising students, and helping them stay engaged with the work set by the class teacher. What You'll Be Doing Supervising classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task and focused. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive, respectful environment. Supporting students with any questions or issues related to the work set. Monitoring student progress and reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff. Completing administrative tasks related to cover work as needed.
