About the Role
A plumbing supply company are seeking a motivated ICT Support Technician Apprentice to join their Business Systems Support Team based in Stockton Heath (WA4).
This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support while working towards a Level 3 apprenticeship qualification. The apprentice will support the administration and day-to-day operation of company systems while working alongside experienced IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Process incoming IT support calls and emails in line with defined processes and service levels
2. Identify technical issues and advise on appropriate solutions
3. Log and track incidents accurately within the IT Service Management system
4. Escalate issues to third-party vendors where required and monitor progress
