As International Sales Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with distributors and retails in the Nordics & Baltics with and executing their 5-year growth roadmap.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage and drive growth across the Nordics/ Baltics region.
* Manage cross functional stakeholders to ensure high quality service and delivery of products to retail partners.
* Manage and report turnover, sales value, spend and budget across key accounts.
* Define and implement customer strategy across promotions, pricing and data analytics.
* Lead the execution of the 5 year growth roadmap for the Nordics & Baltics.
* Internal and external stakeholder management responsibilities across all functions of the business.
Key Requirements:
* Track record of European/ Export sales.
* Experience in managing grocery retailers across Europe.
* Action and detail orientated to deliver sales and high-quality fulfilment of product to customers.
* Track record in negotiation, account management, cross functional stakeholder management and a ability to wear multiple hats to execute commercial growth.
* Commercial & Financial acumen.
