Highpoint is a male prison with a capacity of 1370 males.
Highpoint Prison offers
* Free parking
* Free use of an on-site large gym
* Career Development / Training opportunities
Hours:
* Monday - Sunday service 37.5 hours per week
* 7.45am - 18:15pm
* Every other weekend and bank holiday also included as part of rota
* 4 week rolling rota
* Happy to discuss lower hours
Salary
This position is full time,youll receive an annual salary up to £42000 - £45000per annum FTE - depending on experience.

Main duties of the job
As aSenior Primary Care Nurseyour responsibilities will vary. You will
* You will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse led service and prevent hospital admissions
* You will undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.
* Seeking out, listening to and acting on their feedback, so that care is personalised and informed by what matters to them.
* Deliver non-judgemental care that makes a real difference, as defined throughout our bespoke Health in Justice competency framework.
* Inspire excellence by forging strong links with our partners and stakeholders and providing a service that people can trust, feel safe within, and feel proud of.
* Evidence based care and continuous quality improvement, embedding a culture of shared learning.
* Building strong multi-disciplinary teams and supporting each other to do a great job.

Qualifications required:
* Registered nurse Adult
* Evidence of Continued Professional Development
* Understanding of the complexities of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working
