Duties

* Manage food production processes, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and inventory control to minimize waste and optimize resources
* Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations across all kitchen operations
* Coordinate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs while maintaining authentic Italian flavors
* Lead catering events and banquet services, ensuring timely preparation and presentation of dishes for large groups or special occasions
* Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, food handling procedures, and kitchen supplies to support smooth operations
Skills
* Extensive experience in Italian cuisine with a strong emphasis on authentic recipes and techniques
* Proven supervisory experience within high-end restaurant or fine dining settings
* Knowledge of banquet service, catering operations, and event food production
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
* Expertise in inventory management, food safety standards, and kitchen management practices
* Skilled in menu planning, food preparation, and food service management to deliver exceptional guest experiences
* Familiarity with the food industry’s best practices for culinary excellence, including dietary accommodations and food handling safety
* Experience in hospitality environments that emphasize fine dining standards and customer service excellence
* Ability to manage shift schedules efficiently while maintaining high-quality food production standards
* Competence in bartending or beverage service is considered a plus but not mandatory
