People Team Business Manager

We are recruiting for a People Team Business Manager to support a Chief People Officer and senior People Leadership Team within a values-driven, customer-facing organisation.
This is a highly operational, hands-on role that sits at the heart of the HR function. It combines people operations, strategic execution, and senior stakeholder support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure, pace, and clarity to complex environments.
The role
You will:
* Drive the day-to-day operational effectiveness of the People function
* Support delivery of people strategy, translating plans into clear actions and timelines
* Coordinate People Team priorities, meetings, and follow-up
* Lead and support cross-functional HR projects and initiatives
* Support senior stakeholder and board-level engagement
* Manage executive operations and communications for the CPO
* Track progress, risks, and outcomes using people data and reporting
About you
You are likely to:
* Have strong HR experience with a solid understanding of people operations
* Be highly organised, analytical, and confident working with senior leaders
* Be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced, service-led environment
* Have experience in HR, operations, consulting, or a Business Manager–type role
