Senior Construction Planner - Southampton

Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
* Allocate and manage resources to achieve project milestones.
* Track project progress, identify potential delays and implement corrective actions.
* Prepare and present regular progress reports to stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with NEC contracts, National Electrical Code and other relevant standards.
* Identify and mitigate risks associated with schedules and resource allocation.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers and other team members to enable seamless execution.
* Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing large-scale construction and civil infrastructure projects.
* Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
* Strong understanding of NEC contracts and relevant regulations.
* Analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in schedules and reports.
* Team player capable of collaborating in a cross‑functional environment.
* Willingness to travel to UK client sites as needed.
* Degree in engineering or related discipline; PMP or similar certification preferred.
