Were seeking an IT Support Desk Technician to join a growing IT team, providing reliable 1st and 2nd line support across hardware, software and network environments.
Youll be central to day-to-day IT operations, delivering timely, professional support while maintaining high standards of service, documentation and security.

The Role
1. Provide high-quality 1st and 2nd line support
2. Set up, configure and maintain end-user hardware (PCs, laptops and tablets)
3. Support peripherals and production equipment including printers and devices
4. Administer Active Directory, Azure / Entra ID, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Admin Centre
5. Deliver remote support to other sites
6. Assist with LAN, WAN, VPN, firewall and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
7. Configure and manage MFA using Cisco Duo, ensuring security compliance
