Responsibilities
* Design and develop commercial product ranges
* Manage sampling and supplier communication
* Own categories from concept to launch and sell through
* Work directly with directors across design, buying, and production
* Deliver trend-aware, customer-ready product fast
* Competitor option, pricing, material and visibility analysis
Requirements
* Highly competitive mindset evidenced by team sport involvement / other activities
* 2–3 years in product development (footwear or accessories ideal)
* Strong knowledge of UK retail and consumer trends
* Comfortable owning multiple product categories
* Ability to work under pressure under competing priorities
Organization
