This is a home based role with occasional travel to their office in London. Responsibilities of the Registered Deputy Director: This charity delivers vital practical, emotional, and financial support to people experiencing poverty, disadvantage, and social isolation. Their services include children and families, mental health and wellbeing, young people, and SEND. The Deputy Director will play a key role in driving strategic development across the region. This includes leading stakeholder engagement, service growth, and cross-sector partnerships, while line-managing Operations Managers and an Assistant Director. The post also carries responsibility for safeguarding, risk management, performance and quality, income generation, and budget oversight.
