Actively recruiting for a leading, tier 1 principle contractor in the Healthcare sector who are looking for a enthusiastic Project Manage r, a boots on the ground character, who can drive a project for refurbishment and remedial works within the healthcare construction sector in the Hackney area. This high profile project will deliver upgraded clinical facilities, enhanced energy efficiency and improvement patient environments whilst maintaining operational continuity within a live healthcare setting.
Key responsibilities for the Project Manager
Lead the successful planning, delivery and completion of refurbishment and remedial works within an operational hospital environment.
Manage project teams, subcontractors and stakeholders to ensure programme, quality, and cost objectives are met.
Uphold the tier 1 contractors, health, safety and environmental standards across all project stages.
Coordinate with client representatives, design teams and hospital management to minimise disruption to clinical operations.
Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets and progress reports
Drive a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement on site.
Requirements for the Project Manager
Proven experience managing refurbishment or healthcare construction projects - hospital experience specifically is advantageous
Excellent communication skills - be diverse and able to communicate with the site teams, client and subcontractors.
Strong leadership ability, have the ability to problem solve and be a good decision maker
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certifications essential
