To enable and support this transformation we are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical Initiatives within mission to drive Genesis, Hilton Foods’ Groupwide strategic transformation programme. This is a high-impact, contract role requiring a seasoned PM who can hit the ground running, support the Strategic Projects Director, and drive delivery across a complex, multi-year change initiatives.
Key to this will be to lead and coordinate the delivery of multiple strategic transformation projects across the global Manufacturing function. This includes the implementation of manufacturing standards & KPIs, ISO-aligned standardisation, and the introduction of a Centre of Excellence. The role will drive change management activities to embed a new Target Operating Model, including value stream processes (e.g. Procure to Pay…), procurement systems, material controls, and AI integration within the manufacturing environments.
KEY EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
* Proven experience in leading complex, multi-project programmes within manufacturing or supply chain environments.
* Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, KPIs, ISO standards, and process excellence.
* Expertise in change management methodologies.
* Experience implementing enterprise systems (e.g. Procurement, ERP, AI tools).
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across global teams.
* Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, MSP) desirable.
* Familiarity with value stream mapping and Target Operating Model design.
WOULD SUIT SOMEONE WHO IS….
* Proven experience in large-scale transformation programmes, ideally within manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environments.
* Strong grasp of project mechanics: RAID, governance, reporting, planning
* Experience working within or reporting into Groupwide strategic programmes.
* Skilled in managing third-party vendors and cross-functional teams.
* Comfortable with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
* Familiar with EPMO standards and able to adapt quickly to new frameworks.
* Contract-ready: able to deliver immediate impact, work autonomously, and support senior leadership from day one.
