About The Role Are you a friendly, professional, and organised individual looking to make a positive impact in a care home setting? We invite you to join the Hallmark Care Homes family as a Receptionist. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our residents, families, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere at all times. Who You Are: Outstanding: Our team is highly rated by residents, relatives, and our communities, and we need someone who can uphold this reputation. Diligent: You do things the right way, pay attention to the small details and check all our records are up to date and compliant. Experienced: You have a background in reception and experience working in a team, ensuring a smooth and welcoming front-of-house service. Key Responsibilities Welcoming Presence: Ensure the reception area presents a friendly and professional image of the home, greeting all visitors with warmth and efficiency. Administrative Support: Assist the Business Administrator with various administrative tasks and support the Customer Relationship Manager with sales enquiries and home tours. Mail Management: Ensure residents receive their post promptly and prepare all outgoing mail daily. Training Coordination: Help coordinate training within the home, ensuring team members are aware of available courses and opportunities for development.
