Based in Wolverhampton, this newly created Commercial Finance Analyst role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive and evolving organisation.

You will have the opportunity to shape the role and partner with commercial and operational teams to drive growth.
Your responsibilities as the Commercial Finance Analyst will include:
* Collaborate with commercial teams to assess performance, pricing, profitability, and revenue trends.
* Develop and manage financial models and dashboards for forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
* Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions.
* Monitor KPIs and conduct variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
* Assist with scenario modelling, margin reviews, and investment evaluations.
* Work with trading, marketing, and operations teams to align financial and business goals.
* Enhance reporting tools, analytics processes, and data efficiency.
* Contribute to monthly business reviews and board presentations with insights.
Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified or part-qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or working towards qualification.
* Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency, handling large datasets.
* Experience with financial modelling and BI tools; Power BI dashboard experience is a plus.
* Effective communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships across departments.
* Ability to interpret data and translate it into meaningful insights.
* Enthusiastic, proactive, adaptable, with a passion for adding value.
