What You’ll DoWelcome and check in patients and visitorsManage appointments using SembleAnswer calls and emails professionally and promptlyVerify patient ID, process payments, and update recordsSupport doctors with admin, prescriptions, and clinical tasksMaintain a tidy, calm and organised reception areaUphold high standards of confidentiality, infection control, and patient careAssist with stock control, audits, and chaperoning✅ What We’re Looking ForWarm, empathetic communicator with excellent spoken/written EnglishConfident with IT systems (Semble, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)Calm, organised, discreet, and detail-focusedA true team player with a positive, “can do” attitudeExperience in a healthcare setting is an advantage Working Hours (Full-Time)Mon: 10:00–18:00 | Tues: 11:30–19:30Wed/Thurs: 10:00–18:00 | Fri: 07:45–15:45One Saturday morning in three: 07:45–12:45Monthly team meeting: Thurs, 18:00–19:00 Flexibility and holiday cover are essential.
