The Opportunity
An established technology solutions provider is looking for a driven Digital Transformation Sales Consultant to help organisations modernise their operations through innovative technology solutions.This is a consultative sales role focused on identifying business challenges, building trusted relationships, and delivering solutions that create measurable operational and commercial improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities across SME, mid-market and enterprise organisations. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. Conduct discovery meetings to understand client objectives, challenges and digital maturity. Present tailored solutions across areas including automation, cloud services, AI, analytics and business applications. Build long-term relationships with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop solution proposals.* Maintain an active pipeline and consistently achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Essential Proven success in B2B technology, SaaS, consultancy or digital transformation sales. Strong commercial awareness and understanding of business processes. Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills. Ability to engage confidently with senior leadership teams. Consultative sales approach with strong problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
Desirable
Experience selling automation, cloud, AI, ERP, CRM or data solutions. Understanding of professional services environments.* Experience supporting organisations through digital change initiatives.
