The HR & Benefits Administration Specialist will provide comprehensive HR support focusing on employee benefits and absence management. This is a fixed-term, part-time contract until December 31, 2025, working 22 hours per week at our Little Chalfont office, reporting to the Senior Manager Human Resources and collaborating closely with the HRBP.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing employee benefits communication, elections, and administration.
2. Supporting HR administrative and operational activities, serving as the first point of contact for HR queries.
3. Updating HR systems and documentation accurately and timely, with a focus on absence management reporting and analysis.
Essential requirements:
1. Several years of HR experience in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
2. Strong HRIS proficiency (preferably Workday) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
3. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures.
Preferred experience:
1. Experience with Workday or ADP systems.
2. Managing employee absence in accordance with HR policies and legal standards.
