Our Property and Facilities Management Service is recruiting an experienced Manager to lead the Estates Management Team. The role involves overseeing the Council’s Asset Management function, ensuring the built estate meets strategic requirements, supports the local economy, and generates income.
Role Overview
As Estates Manager, you will lead a team of professionals to meet service agreements and objectives. You will contribute to reviewing service standards to ensure highly efficient property management. As a qualified Chartered Surveyor, you will provide comprehensive valuation, surveying, and land agency services to internal and external clients, with the financial acumen to manage income generation, operational costs, and capital and revenue expenditure.
Additional Responsibilities
You are expected to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organization.

* This position involves regulated work with Children and/or Protected Adults under the PVG Scheme. The preferred candidate must join or update the PVG Scheme and provide proof of this check.
