Job Description
3. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all transactions are recorded in line with company policies.
4. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
5. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims efficiently and accurately.
6. Support the reconciliation of accounts and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly.
7. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts as required by the Accounting & Finance department.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
9. Respond to financial inquiries from colleagues and external parties in a professional manner.
10. Provide general administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Assistant should have:
11. A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or a related field.
12. Prior experience in financial services or a similar industry.
13. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
