We are currently recruiting for a Bathroom Sales Consultant to join our team at our multi-award-winning Bathroom Showroom on Braconash Road, Leyland.
Berry Bathrooms offers a wide selection of premium products and features over 30 unique displays. Customers can explore our range and design their dream bathroom in an innovative 4D virtual environment using Virtual Worlds, showcasing manufacturer-endorsed products.
Although only recently opened, Berry Bathrooms has gained significant recognition, winning Bathroom Showroom of the Year at both the Builders’ Merchants Journal Awards and the Builders’ Merchants News Awards, as well as the highly coveted New Bathroom Retailer of the Year from the kbbreview Retail & Design Awards.

Duties Include
* Engage with customers to solve their bathroom requirements
* Preparing and delivering professional customer quotations
* Actively participating as a member of the showroom team, contributing ideas on products, suppliers and displays
* Selecting and sourcing products to fulfill customer orders
* Answering telephone and email enquiries
* Design inspiring bathroom layouts using 4D digital software from Virtual Worlds (preferred, but not essential)
* Ensure any issues relating to orders are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
* Follow up on sales leads, including self builds and development opportunities to achieve sales
* Attend any required product training to ensure you are kept up to date with current and future offerings
* Ensure customers are approached in the appropriate manner
* Open to working flexibly and adapting to change
Required Experience
* Proficient in math and English
* A background in face-to-face sales
* Knowledge of bathroom sales and products
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
* Familiarity with Windows & Microsoft Office applications
* The ability to self-manage when necessary and multitask during busy periods
Preferred Skills
* Experience using CAD software, such as Virtual Worlds or similar, would be advantageous
* A creative flair for design that meets customer expectations
* Previous experience in a bathroom or kitchen showroom
* Past experience of increasing sales and business growth
* Highly approachable with strong interpersonal skills
