Head of Data Protection & Data Protection Officer (DPO)
We are seeking an experienced Head of Data Protection and in-house DPO to shape the privacy and data protection journey as we grow. This role is pivotal in protecting the rights of our users and patients while enabling the business to move at pace. You will be a key leader in our Technology division, partnering with the CISO and supporting the business through its next phase of growth. You will help ensure we remain at the forefront of safe and responsible digital health innovation and will champion privacy at the heart of everything we do.
The Opportunity
You will help guide how we responsibly leverage AI and safely roll out AI-powered products, ensuring patient data is safeguarded at every stage. You will lead and evolve a high-performing privacy and data protection function, coaching the team and scaling as needed.
The Unique Challenges You\'ll Solve
* Develop and own a forward-thinking privacy strategy that enables responsible innovation and positions privacy as a business enabler within a fast-paced Healthtech environment, with a focus on how privacy supports healthcare communication.
* Enable the rollout of safe and compliant AI to our users, guiding how AI is used in products and ensuring patient data is safeguarded.
* Build a scalable privacy function, coaching and mentoring the team and expanding as needed.

* Innovative mindset: ability to guide technology organizations through responsible innovation and transformational change, especially where AI/ML intersects with sensitive data; knowledge of regulatory changes and trends in digital health, AI, and data ethics.
