We're looking for a proactive and detail-orientated Customer Experience Advisor to be the first point of contact for our customers – ensuring every interaction is positive, professional and efficient.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting both our B2B and B2C sales channels, helping us maintain our reputation for being easy to do business with. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

* Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently across multiple channels
* Responding to customer queries and handling complaints with professionalism and care
* Using Salesforce CRM, SAP Business One and EDI software to keep everything on track
* Collaborating closely with the sales team and account managers to support stockist accounts
* Monitoring stock availability, delivery schedules and escalating issues where needed
* Recording and responding to incoming calls and emails quickly and effectively
* Keeping up to date with our product range, offers and promotions to better support customers
* Supporting colleagues with administrative duties and flexibly assisting during peak times

This is a varied role where you'll be right at the heart of operations in our Customer Experience team, making sure queries are resolved quickly and our service remains first-class.

Who we're looking for

We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable and enthusiastic about providing outstanding service. Ideally, you'll bring:

* Minimum 1 year's experience in a customer service, sales or call-centre environment
* Good IT skills – particularly Outlook and Excel – with the ability to pick up new systems quickly
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* The ability to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and work as part of a team
* A positive, solution-focused approach to challenges

It would be an advantage if you also have:

* Experience with Salesforce, SAP Business One or similar systems
* Knowledge of online portals or EDI platforms
* Previous experience in the garden, leisure or retail sector
