£28,598 to £31,022 pro rata per annum

30 hours per week (ideally over 4 days but open to negotiation)
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy Governance Team to service our various committees, support member services and organise workshops, site visits, etc. You will be responsible for preparing agenda papers, writing minutes and providing general support to our members.
You will also be required to provide PA support to the Chair and Chief Executive on an occasional basis.
Applicants should have experience in a similar role and demonstrate a high standard of literacy and proficient IT skills. We are looking for a proactive person who can demonstrate that they can work independently using their own initiative, keep to strict deadlines, work as part of a team and communicate confidently with Broads Authority Members.
The Authority has a hybrid and homeworking policy which provides the opportunity for a mixture of office and homebased working.
