About the Role
As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including sales, purchases and transfers of freehold and leasehold properties. You’ll work closely with high-value clients, ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
* Independently handle a caseload of residential property transactions
* Provide expert advice on sales, purchases, and other conveyancing matters
* Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
* Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships
About You:
You will have:
* A minimum of 1 year’s post-qualification experience (PQE) in Residential Conveyancing
* Strong technical knowledge of handling property transactions from inception to completion
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A client-focused approach with the ability to work effectively in a team
