Working within a fast-paced, multinational environment, you will be a key point of contact for a defined business area, providing clear, insightful analysis that drives decision making and improves performance. What will the Finance Analyst role involve? Acting as the primary finance lead for a specific division, owning monthly results, commentary and performance insight for that area. Preparing and reviewing budgets and rolling forecasts in collaboration with commercial and operational teams, ensuring assumptions are robust and well understood. Building and maintaining financial models to support pricing, investment cases, new product launches and wider strategic initiatives. Producing clear variance analysis, explaining movements against budget and prior periods, and recommending actions to improve margins, sales and cost efficiency. Supporting and influencing investment decisions, including preparation of business cases and post‑investment reviews.
