* Act as a Line Manager to the Regional Directors of the regional offices. They are bringing in a KPI system for all staff moving forward which will assist you in this.
* Oversee two Risk Assessors carrying out combined Fire/H&S Risk Assessments.
* Oversee the Maintenance Department, promote greater use by the regional offices and ensure that the action plans from the FRA's are carried out in-house as far as possible.
* Look at tendering M&E services across multiple sites to achieve bulk discounts and consistency.
* Be available as an advice resource for staff so they can draw upon your experiences.
* Be part of the internal training programme and provide short training courses on areas of your expertise on an ad-hoc basis.
* Troubleshooting if/when necessary across the group.
