Business Development Manager – Aquaculture Solutions.

Join an ambitious start-up in the environmental tech space, pioneering sensor technology that drives sustainability. Having recently secured Series A funding, they're scaling quickly and are looking for a self-motivated, sales-driven individual to help expand our reach in key markets worldwide.

About the Role: As a Business Development Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive growth and secure new clients in emerging markets. This role offers a dynamic environment where you’ll be at the forefront of cutting-edge technology, working to develop a strong market presence and increase revenue.

* Build and develop new customer relationships in assigned sales verticals.
* Conduct regular client visits to understand needs and align solutions.
* Accurately forecast and report on your sales pipeline and results.
* Identify new markets and expand cross-functional opportunities.
* Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences.
* Develop networks with customers to inform future product development.

About You: You’re a results-oriented, proactive individual with a talent for sales in Aquaculture Solutions. You’re driven, highly organised, and excel in building strong relationships with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

* Minimum 4 years of experience in technical sales, ideally with innovative or disruptive technology.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with a "hunter" mindset.
* Must be currently selling into the Aquaculture industry.
* Highly motivated and comfortable with minimal supervision.
* Strong communication skills and ease working across internal teams.
* Familiarity with MS Office and CRM software (HubSpot preferred).
* Knowledge of the water/environmental industry is a bonus but not essential.

Package:

* Second-year OTE: up to £,.
* Fully remote, with occasional visits to the UK office (1-2 times a month).
