We are currently recruiting for two dedicated and enthusiastic Nursery Room Leaders to join our friendly and professional nursery team based in Sipson. * 1 x Nursery Room Leader (Pre-School, ages 3–5) * 1 x Nursery Room Leader (Toddlers, 18 months–2 years) This is an exciting opportunity for experienced early years professionals who are passionate about providing outstanding care and education for young children. Salary: £29,000 per year Hours: 40 hours per week Shifts: 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday Reference: TE62954 As a Nursery Room Leader, you will be responsible for leading your designated room and supporting a small team of practitioners. You will plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote each child’s learning and development in line with the EYFS framework. The Nursery Room Leader will also ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment where children feel valued and happy every day. Key Responsibilities: * Lead and motivate your room team to deliver high-quality childcare and education. * Plan, observe, and assess children’s progress following the EYFS. * Maintain excellent relationships with parents and carers. * Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety standards are consistently met. * Support the ongoing professional development of your team. Requirements: * Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Childcare or equivalent. * Previous experience as a Nursery Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner. * Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development. * Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
