Salary: Up to £95,000 + car allowance + bonus
Working pattern: Hybrid
A renowned built environment consultancy are looking for a Partner to lead and grow a Building Surveying team in their Liverpool office. This is a key leadership role with responsibility for client development, growth, and business performance.
You’ll work across a varied portfolio including public sector, residential, education, healthcare, commercial, defence, and insurance programmes.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead project delivery and manage key client relationships
* Drive business development and growth
* Prepare and deliver business plans
* Deliver core building surveying services
* Mentor and manage junior team members
* Ensure quality through technical reviews
Skills & Experience
* Consultancy experience in the Northwest
* Commercially focused with strong business development skills
* Proven team leadership and workload management
* Excellent client-facing and communication skills
* Strong technical building surveying expertise
* Analytical, with high-quality report writing skills
