TheRole
YoulltakeresponsibilityforamixedportfolioofSMEclients,anythingfromgroupsofcompaniesthroughtosoletradersandowner-managedbusinesses.Daytoday,youllbeinvolvedin:
* Overseeingandreviewingaccounts,audits,andtaxworkacrossyourportfolio
* Managinganddevelopingjuniorteammembers
* Leadingclientmeetingsandadvisingonarangeofaudit,accountingandbusinessmatters
* WorkingcloselywiththeDirectorsonplanning,workflow,andservicedelivery
* Supportingauditswhererequired(auditexperienceisakeyadvantage)
ThisroleisidealeitherforaSeniorreadytostepintoafullermanagementposition,oranexistingManagerwhowantsafresh,supportiveenvironment.
