You need to have at least 2 years' experience in a similar role, or a Sous Chef ready to step up, with a passion for the pub industry.
Qualifications: Ideally, City and Guilds/NVQ Level 3, Food safety qualifications, Health & Safety in the workplace, minimum 2 years experience as a Junior/Sous Chef or above elsewhere, awareness of COSHH, manual handling techniques, knife experience etc.
You must be able to work as part of a team working with the owner(s) and the FOH Supervisors, with a positive can do attitude.
Salary up to £36k dependent on experience, to be discussed and agreed at the interview, plus Tips, up to £4k per year.
