Role Description
These roles are a full-time, on-site role for Additional Supervisors and Operatives based in the Noertheast & Yorkshire. Responsibilities include implementing and supervising traffic management schemes, ensuring safety protocols are followed at worksites, and supporting the team in preparing and dismantling equipment. The role will also involve providing guidance to team members, monitoring traffic flow, and maintaining compliance with regulations and standards.
We are also seeking a Depot operative to assist on preparing signs, and assisting staff prepare schemes. Ideally computer literate.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in the implementation, monitoring, and supervision of traffic management systems
* Understanding of health and safety regulations and ability to ensure compliance at all times
* Strong communication and leadership skills to effectively guide and supervise teams
* Physical ability to carry out on-site tasks, including setup and dismantling of equipment
* Organizational skills and experience in coordinating workflows and scheduling
* Valid traffic management qualifications or certifications are an advantage
* Previous experience in traffic management or a related field is highly desirable
