Working Pattern: part time - Wednesday, Thursday & Friday Hours: 3 half days (3 hours 45 minutes per day)
Pay Rate: £31.55 per hour
Role Overview
UCL is seeking a Centre Operations Manager to provide high-quality administrative and operational support to a Centre for Doctoral Training (CDT). This is a non-technical, administrative/managerial role focused on office operations, financial administration, committee support, marketing, events, and stakeholder management. The role supports Directors and senior stakeholders and does not involve research delivery.
Key Responsibilities
1. Act as the first point of contact for CDT stakeholders, including students, academics, partners, and sponsors.
2. Manage day-to-day office and programme administration, including meetings, minute taking, follow-ups, and information requests.
3. Coordinate with internal UCL teams to ensure smooth programme and student operations.
4. Monitor budgets and manage financial administration, including invoices, expenses, stipends, and grant-related processes.
