As Cafe Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the Wildcat. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being present on the floor while also managing systems, people and standards behind the scenes. Responsibilities include: - Full responsibility for daily operations of the cafe&769; - Leading, motivating and managing a small team of supervisors and cafe assistants - Setting, maintaining and continuously improving speciality coffee standards - Overseeing coffee training, recipes, calibration and consistency - Managing staff rotas and timekeeping - Supporting training, onboarding and performance management - Ensuring compliance with food safety, health & safety and company policies - Upholding vegan, sustainability and environmental practices across all operations - Handling issues calmly, fairly and consistently, including customer concerns and staff matters
