Your role will be to work in either one school on a longer-term/permanent basis, or you can work on a flexible 0-hour contract where you work as and when you choose to, and you may work in various schools. As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students with SEMH needs.
