Titan Wealth Planning (TWP) is a subsidiary focused on providing best-in-class advice on wealth management, employee benefits, and retirement planning. Its mission is to help businesses and their employees explore, set, and achieve their financial goals.
The role
To provide a technical service to our team of advisers to ensure clients have a positive professional experience, report writing support including the production of suitability reports based on client needs, and assist the Paraplanning team to maintain up-to-date report templates and models.
Job Responsibilities
* Assist with the provision of fully compliant, potentially complex reports which will include analysis, research and product recommendations for presentation to clients
* Assist with research for Asset Allocation on clients existing portfolios, quantifying and analysing clients existing investments
* Assist with obtaining valuations, quotations and completing supporting application documentation
* Provide all advice within a strict ethical and compliance framework under guidance from the Compliance Manager and internal policy and procedures
* Manage own workload position and provide updates to line manager
* Commit to continuous personal development and retain supporting records
* To carry out any other duties as may reasonably be required
* Adhere to Consumer Duty outcomes
Job Requirements
* Minimum Level 4 Diploma; Qualified Paraplanner, ideally with 2+ years’ experience within a similar role
* Experience of writing and compiling very technical Suitability Reports, coupled with solid research experience
* Career-focused Paraplanner
* Experience with pension switching and transfer products is highly beneficial
* Cashflow forecasting experience is advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
