We are seeking a Web Developer with strong and proven SEO and PPC knowledge to support the ongoing development, management, and optimisation of our company website(s). This is a part-time position ideal for someone with a strong technical foundation in WordPress, website hosting environments, reporting and SEO tools.
We’re looking for someone to build on the strong momentum we’ve already established in our website, SEO & PPC efforts. This role will be key to strengthening one of our most powerful assets. The successful candidate will take ownership of all website development and design along with all SEO and PPC responsibilities to enable us to unlock new opportunities for lead generation and revenue growth. This isn’t starting from scratch – it’s about continuing to build and optimise on what’s already been achieved.
Responsibilities:
Website & Hosting Management
* Manage production and staging environments via Cloudways hosting platform.
* Monitor site performance and ensure regular backups and updates.
WordPress Management
* Conduct scheduled theme and plugin updates.
* Configure and manage plugins for optimal functionality.
* Manage website content structure, formatting, and layout using WordPress & Elementor.
Page Design & Layout
* Use Elementor to create responsive, branded page layouts.
* Ensure designs are mobile, tablet, and desktop friendly.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
* Monitor traffic and content performance using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
* Use SERanking and/or SEMRush to track keyword performance and competitor activity.
* Identify SEO opportunities, including content gaps and link-building prospects.
* Produce and optimise content around targeted keywords.
* Maintain strong on-page SEO scores (80%+ using SERanking or similar tools).
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Campaign Management
* Take full ownership of PPC strategy, planning, execution, and optimisation.
* Build, manage, and refine Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and potentially Video).
* Monitor performance and ROI, adjusting campaigns based on keyword trends, A/B testing, and conversion data.
* Collaborate with the wider marketing team to align PPC with campaign goals and website content.
* Optimise images for web performance (dimensions and file size) without quality loss.
* Form Creation & CRM Integration
* Create and manage forms using Gravity Forms in WordPress.
* Connect and test integrations with HubSpot CRM via Gravity Forms.
Requirements
* Proven experience managingWordPresswebsites andCloudways(or similar) hosting platforms.
* Advanced proficiency inElementoror similar page building.
* Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience with tools such asGoogle Analytics,Google Search Console,SERanking, orSEMRush.
* Experience creating content and web pages that are search-optimised and conversion-focused.
* Demonstrated success in managingGoogle Ads(Search and Display) campaigns, including keyword research, bid management, and A/B testing.
* Comfortable analysing PPC metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve ROI.
* Experience with image editing for web.
* Familiarity withGravity FormsandHubSpot CRMintegrations.

Eligibility Criteria
* Right to work in the UK – not requiring sponsorship
* Driving license and access to own vehicle
* Willingness to travel if required for team meetings or marketing activities.
* Highly computer literate with a strong understanding of general computer use, file management, and common software tools.
* Strong time management and organisation skill
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 25.5 per week
