Join Barnsley Council to apply for the Customer Service Supervisor role. We are recruiting for a Customer Services Supervisor position in our dynamic and fast-paced 24/7 Contact Centre. This role involves providing daily management, support and direction to one of our Customer Service Advisor teams.
Responsibilities
* Provide daily direction and leadership to Customer Service Advisor teams.
* Guide and support Customer Service Advisors in meeting agreed quality and performance targets.
* Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction levels.
* Manage performance effectively and achieve results.
* Support the team in delivering multi-channel customer service delivery.
* Participate in out of hours management stand by rota (usually 1 week in 5).
Qualifications
* Relevant Level 4 qualification or extensive equivalent experience.
* Leadership or management training and experience of effectively managing a team.
* Knowledge of multi-channel customer service delivery.
* Positive outlook and ability to manage performance effectively.
* Level 4 qualification or extensive equivalent experience is required.
