The Role: Mental Health Support Assistant As a Mental Health Support Assistant, you will support children and young people who may be experiencing: Anxiety, depression, or emotional regulation difficulties Trauma, attachment needs, or challenging behaviour Social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs You'll work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and pastoral teams to help students feel safe, understood, and supported throughout the school day.
