TPF Recruitment is pleased to represent a reputable independent firm of chartered accountants located in Bournemouth. Our client is renowned for providing comprehensive accounting, audit, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Audit & Accounts Semi-Senior to join our client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit and accounting services to a broad range of clients, including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and other corporate entities.
Responsibilities:
* Assisting with audits, including planning and field work.
* General bookkeeping duties and preparation of VAT returns.
* Preparation of management accounts.
* Preparation of forecasts and reporting.
* Preparation of year-end statutory accounts.
* Preparation of personal and corporation tax returns for individuals and companies
* Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as needed.
Requirements
* Must have a minimum of 12 months experience and studying towards ACCA or ACA
* A practical audit and accounts experience gained from an accountancy practice
* A knowledge of various software packages
* Strong communication and team working skills
* Experience in direct contact with clients would be preferred

* £25,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience and background, negotiable.
