Responsibilities
* Lead and manage enterprise customer trials, from scoping to successful rollout.
* Provide technical expertise during the sales process, including demos, proof of concept, and solution design.
* Act as the bridge between sales, product, and technology teams to ensure customer needs are met.
* Own tender responses and maintain a high-quality repository of solution documentation.
* Share insights from customer interactions to influence product development and roadmap direction.
About You
1. 2+ years' experience as a Sales Engineer in a technology-led organisation (ideally SaaS, hardware/software, or security).
2. Strong communication and presentation skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. A proactive problem solver with a passion for innovation and customer success.
