Overview
of duties:
* Ensures the high standard of services provided
for guests and the attainment of the department's qualitative and
quantitative targets
* Conveys the hotel's image and atmosphere
through their exemplary attitude, warm and friendly welcome, availability,
and frequent presence in the department.
* Coordinating and supporting the bar team to
ensure efficient service
* Overseeing the cocktail bar, dispense, lounges
and snug maintaining standards and guest satisfaction
* Clearly conveying information to both guests and
staff, facilitating smooth running
* Resolving any issues or complaints to maintain
guest satisfaction and escalating where necessary
* Working with hosts and manager to set up and
deliver functions, private dining and special requests from restaurant guests
and hotel residents
* Mentoring and training staff to maintain high
standards of professionalism and service.
