Residential Support Workers Rikama Education Limited are working with a day and residential SEN School in the area who are looking for Residential Support workers who are caring individuals to support young people in a residential setting on the school grounds. As a Residential Support Worker you will help the school to create a caring, supportive and safe atmosphere for the young people where they can enjoy learning and social activities. You will work with within a team environment and will have plenty of opportunities to learn new skills and grow your career.
