About the Role We’re on the lookout for a dedicated Warehouse Lighting Technician to join our fast-paced rental warehouse in Bracknell. This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes of the entertainment and events industry, ensuring our clients receive top-tier lighting equipment that's ready to perform. What you will be doing in this role? Prepare and thoroughly test lighting equipment prior to dispatch. Maintain and service a wide range of lighting gear to ensure peak operational performance. Organise inventory and manage equipment rentals with accuracy and efficiency. Adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends during busy periods. Deliver an industry-leading service that exceeds customer expectations every time. What you will bring to the role? Strong technical competence and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience with lighting equipment is preferred, but not essential – we’ll provide training for the right candidate. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment and juggle multiple tasks with ease. A proactive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills. Why you should work here?
