Responsibilities
 * Supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance team, including technicians, groundskeepers, and other staff members as deemed necessary.
 * Work hands on with staff in all areas of the maintenance responsibilities.
 * Conduct regular inspections of apartments, common areas, and amenities to identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
 * Coordinate and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
 * Train and mentor maintenance staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.
 * Order and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
 * Collaborate with property manager to address concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
 * Implement and enforce safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements
 * Minimum of 2 years of experience in apartment maintenance.
 * Proven experience in supervising and leading a maintenance team.
 * Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general carpentry.
 * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
 * Ability to effectively communicate with staff, and management.
 * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational or technical training is a plus.
 * Relevant certifications (e.g., HVAC, plumbing) will be an advantage.
