What You’ll Do Coordinate email, SMS and push marketing plans across multiple brands (approx. 12 campaigns per week) Brief and manage creative artwork, build, segmentation, testing and deployment Use Google Analytics, third-party tools and BI reports to inform campaign planning Monitor key email KPIs, deliverability and IP reputation, producing monthly reports Devise and run A/B tests on layouts, subject lines, frequency and send times Develop and manage automated and triggered email journeys Oversee sign-up mechanics across channels, scoping improvements to subscriber growth Work closely with Ecommerce, Marketing, Customer Services, Operations and IT to ensure aligned execution What You’ll Bring Solid experience in email marketing with good understanding of KPIs and best practices Strong HTML/CSS skills with knowledge of responsive frameworks Excellent written communication and copywriting skills Analytical mindset with experience using Google Analytics (including UTM tracking) Commercial awareness and ability to react quickly to new product launches or restocks Good numerical and Excel skills Experience with platforms such as Magento 2, Ometria, Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Mailchimp is beneficial What’s on Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experience 30 days holiday increasing with service Life Insurance benefit Cashback healthcare plan (Westfield Health) Discounts on our products to assist with smoking cessation Cycle to Work Scheme On-site parking On-site gym Additional benefits with service (access to company caravan, enhanced family friendly policies) We look forward to reviewing your application and potentially welcoming you to our team.
